2.22.11 - WE'RE GOING ON TOUR: The Nancy Chippendale Dance Company will be joining the WORLD TOUR of TAP RELOADED in ITALY for multiple shows in the Spring of 2011. The Company is made up of 24 dancers, 19 of whom are WORLD CHAMPIONS. Kelli Carberry, 2010 World Tap Dance Champion & Chipp Alum/Faculty Member, is a featured soloist of the TAP RELOADED tour in Stuttgart, Germany in April & will then join the Nancy Chippendale Dance Company in Italy in May!

12.12.10 - Kelli Carberry, Nancy Chippendale Faculty Member and Class of 2002, to be a featured soloist for the World Tour of "Tap Reloaded". A tap showcase that includes some of the best tap dancers from around the world. Kelli will begin the show this April with her first show in Stuttgart, Germany. Go Kelli!

12.4.10 - Nancy Chippendale Dancers bring home 5 Gold Medals 1 Bronze Medal, 3 Fourth Places and a sixth place from the WORLD TAP CHAMPIONSHIPS where they were members of the most successful USA DANCE TEAM in over 15 years. The dancers from Nancy Chippendale's had the highest acolades of TEAM USA and the best medal performance of the entire competition making Nancy Chippendale's WORLD CHAMPIONS! 9.8.10 - Nancy Chippendale Dancers will be the Opening Act for the world famous Rockettes at the "Radio City Christmas Spectacular" at Boston's Wang Center this December. Our dancers will also be headlining the Radio City promotional event sponsored by the Boston Globe, Mix 104.1 and Boston.com, on September 11, 2010 in Boston's Faneuil Hall at 12 noon.

7.30.10 - Nancy Chippendale Dancers announced to represent the United States as TEAM USA at the World Tap Dance Championships in Reisa, Germany in December 2010. This will be Nancy Chippendale Dancers' 5th time at the World Championships. They are the 2004 World Tap Dance Champions and the 2005 World Jazz Dance Champions.

7.4.10 - Congratulations Stephen Early, Nancy Chippendale Dancer Class of 2014! Stephen was once again pulled out during an audition for the Broadway production of "Billy Elliot". The National Casting Director for this production labeled Stephen as "Boston's tap dance extrodinaire" and asked to perform a solo while competing at NYCDA Nationals in New York City. Stephen was previously flown to Toronto, Canada and NYC last year to audition for the Broadway lead.

4.27.10 - Julia Cataldo, Nancy Chippendale Tapper, named 2010 Miss Headliner, beating out numerous other dancers for the title.

4.10.10 - The President of the International Dance Organization names Nancy Chippendale as the United States judge for the 2010 World Ballet, Jazz and Modern Championships in Poland this December. Nancy will also judge the 2010 North German Tap Championships in October 2010.

4.8.10 - BROADWAY BOUND - Nancy Chippendale Faculty member, Karen Carberry, will be honored as one of twenty choreographers on May, 17, 2010 at "Dancin' Downtown at the Joyce Theater" in New York City. Karen's Contemporary piece of choreography, "Into the Sunset", will be performed by NEXSTEP Chippendale Dancers, Tanya Carpenter, Julia Cataldo, Ali Coleman, Ali Equi, Yasmin Mateo, Nikki Girroir and Nina Jain. "Into the Sunset: will compete against choreography from around the country for a shot at winning "2010 Choreographer of the Year". This event is sponsored by the Joyce Theater and Dancer's Responding to AIDS.

4.1.10 - Kelli Carberry, Chippendale Faculty and Alum, was contacted by the Miss America organization and asked to choreograph the 2010 Miss Massachusetts pageant in June 2010. Kelli was a judge for the program during pageant season last year.
