Information displayed on the website does not guarantee availability, placement, or enrollment in any particular class, program, event, or service.

NCDS may modify schedules, instructors, program offerings, locations, or other program details when reasonably necessary.

Official policies regarding registration, enrollment, tuition, attendance, performances, competitions, cancellations, and other studio matters may be provided separately through registration materials, the Parent Portal, studio communications, or other applicable NCDS policies.

4. Trial Classes

The NCDS website may allow parents or guardians to request or book trial classes.

Submitting a trial class request does not guarantee placement or availability in a particular class. Trial opportunities may depend on the dancer's age, program, studio location, class capacity, schedule, and other applicable considerations.

NCDS may contact the parent or guardian to confirm information, recommend an appropriate program, discuss availability, or provide additional instructions.

5. Registration and Parent Portal

Certain registration functions, account services, payments, dancer information, schedules, or other services may be provided through the NCDS Parent Portal or another third-party platform.

Use of an external registration or account platform may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating or managing accounts, completing registrations, or submitting information relating to a dancer.

6. Forms, Surveys, and Online Submissions

The NCDS website may provide forms, surveys, questionnaires, trial requests, contact forms, and other online submission tools.

By submitting information through these tools, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.

Submitting a form or request does not guarantee enrollment, employment, approval, class placement, product availability, or another requested outcome unless expressly confirmed by NCDS.

7. CHIPP Virtual Assistant

The NCDS website may provide access to CHIPP, our virtual assistant, to help visitors locate general information about programs, trial classes, registration, studio resources, and other commonly requested topics.

CHIPP is designed to provide convenient general assistance. Information provided through the virtual assistant should not be interpreted as creating a contractual commitment, guaranteed class placement, confirmed registration, or modification of an official NCDS policy.

Information provided through CHIPP may occasionally require confirmation or clarification by an NCDS team member.

For matters requiring official confirmation or individualized assistance, visitors should contact NCDS directly.

8. Dance | Gear

The NCDS website may provide access to Dance | Gear, where customers can browse or purchase dancewear, apparel, footwear, accessories, merchandise, and other products.

Product availability, sizes, colors, descriptions, images, pricing, and other product information may change from time to time.

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. However, actual colors, appearance, sizing, packaging, or other characteristics may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, device display, or other factors.

Placing an order does not necessarily guarantee product availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable or another issue affects fulfillment, NCDS may contact the customer regarding the order and available options.

9. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed through Dance | Gear are shown in the applicable currency and may be updated when necessary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, quantities, sizes, prices, and other order information before completing a purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. When using an authorized payment service, customers may also be subject to the applicable terms and privacy practices of that provider.

NCDS reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description, or technical errors where permitted by applicable law.

Dance | Gear orders are subject to the fulfillment and pickup options made available at the time of purchase.

Purchases made through Dance | Gear are subject to the return, exchange, and refund policies displayed within the Dance | Gear store.
